Returns & Exchanges
Christian Witness Network has a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy. Return any item for any reason. You may also exchange any item for the same type of item of a different size in the 30 day period. Included in each shipment is a return & exchanges form. Just fill it out and return it with your item. We suggest using the US Postal Service for returns and exchanges. The rates they offer are very affordable and they also offer tracking confirmations. The item must be unworn and unwashed in the same condition as you received it. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending back an item for return or exchange. All exchanges are shipped back via standard ground delivery.
Shipping Procedure
Our shipping procedure is somewhat unique. In order to hold down prices to create better value for our customers, we “batch” our orders. We take all of our orders from one week and produce them the next week. This helps prevent inventory costs and back-order problems. Ordering periods close each Sunday night at midnight, PST. The orders are then batched, produced and shipped the following week. Our shipping point is Grand Blanc, Michigan. We ship most individual orders via the US Postal Service, and they arrive 2-4 business days after shipping, depending where you are in the US.
Payment Method
When placing an order at Christian Witness Network, we use the PayPal payment system. You can use your PayPal account, or, if you prefer, PayPal accepts the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All will work through the same checkout system.
Group Sales
If you or your group would like to purchase a larger quantity of shirts, we can do that! Please send us an e-mail at info@christianwitnessnetwork.com. Please indicate your name, name of the group, the quantity wanted, and the zip code to ship to. We will send you back a quote. Then, send us a check for payment. If you are a church or a non-profit, please send your tax ID number. Quotes are good for 30 days. Once your check is received and cleared, your order will be processed. Any questions? Just include them in the e-mail.

You will be contacted via e-mail from Christian Witness Network. Someone will try to return your e-mail within two business days. We are a Christian organization, so we do not work on the Sabbath or Christian holidays. We like to have our employees share those times with their families.
